Fran Wiehn, Team Co-Lead

Fran is a long-time resident of Mystic, CT, who has called this town home since 1971. She has not only witnessed the growth and development of the area but has actively contributed to its progress. Fran raised her daughter in Mystic and now takes joy in being a proud grandmother of two, watching them thrive in the community she holds dear.

Fran has been licensed in both Connecticut and Rhode Island since 1972, and over the years, she has developed strong relationships with her clients, whom she proudly considers friends. With an admirable dedication to her profession, Fran has been teaching P&P (Principles and Practices) for UCONN for a decade, sharing her expertise and helping aspiring real estate professionals succeed. She is also an esteemed member of local and state professional standards, reflecting her commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism within the industry.

In addition to her real estate endeavors, Fran is deeply involved in the community. She actively participates in organizations such as the local Chamber of Commerce, Always Home, Safe Futures, and Lasagna Love, where she channels her belief in the power of community engagement to help those in need.
